In a deal brokered by West Orange-based Sheldon Gross Realty, Metrix Logistics Group has leased a 38,400-square-foot structure at 17 Kimberly Ave. in East Brunswick from Eagle Properties.
Sheldon Gross Realty’s Jonathan Glick, executive vice president; Glenn Jaffe, senior vice president; and Matthew Leonelli, sales representative, oversaw the deal.
The structure is located within the High View Industrial Park and is minutes from Route 18 and Exits 8A and 9 of the New Jersey Turnpike. It features 24-foot ceilings, six loading bays and an oversized drive-in.
“This arrangement is an excellent fit for both parties,” Glick said. “Eagle Properties gets a new tenant for its space, while Metrix Logistics Group is getting exactly the type of structure it required, and in a very convenient location.”
Metrix will utilize the facility for warehousing and trucking services, Sheldon Gross said.
