StorageBlue, a self storage brand, announced on Thursday it is continuing its expansion in the state with the opening of its Garfield location.
The $6 million project was soft-launched in August 2019, and the location at 170 River Drive has officially celebrated its grand opening.
The 60,000-square-foot heated facility has 650 units with sizes ranging from small to extra-large. It features outdoor drive-up units, 24/7 surveillance, keypad access, lighting, free curbside pickup, deliveries, online and auto-pay features, no security deposit, U-Haul truck rentals, and more.
“We’re so excited to be expanding StorageBlue’s unmatched self-storage options to the Bergen and Passaic communities. The community has been tremendously supportive and our team looks forward to serving our new customers,” Fred Calderone, senior vice president of self-storage operations, StorageBlue, said.
To celebrate the opening, StorageBlue said it is offering new renters one free month and a free lock with their first rental unit when reserved online.
“We are thrilled to continue bringing StorageBlue’s value to new communities and further fulfill our mission, making self-storage a painless and convenient experience,” Alan Mruvka, founder and CEO, StorageBlue, said.
