A national trucking and logistics company has purchased a Pennsauken property for $1 million to use as its outdoor storage area, according to real estate firm Markeim Chalmers Inc.
The trucking company will utilize 405 37th St., a 4,380-square-foot building on 3 acres, to house its trucking fleet, the Cherry Hill-based firm said in a news release. Markeim Chalmers’ Adam Denbo, senior associate, represented both the buyer, Capital Invest Group Inc., and seller, Stallion Realty LLC.
“The asset class of industrial buildings with outside storage capabilities is in high demand and a perfect fit for the buyer’s needs,” Markeim Chalmers said in its release. “In addition, the site offers easy access to major roadways and bridges to Philadelphia.”
