The 2,674-square-foot space at 1 Holtec Drive will serve as Eastern Alliance’s new South Jersey headquarters.
The property, owned and operated by Tequesta Properties, is located within the heart of the Martlon Business District and is within close access to routes 73 and 70, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
WCRE’s Christopher Henderson, vice president and principal, and Mike Scanzano, associate. represented the tenant in the deal.
