MTBC forms telehealth division, appoints Patel, Fatima, Loonan to leadership team

MTBC Inc. has officially formed a telehealth division and appointed Shruti Patel to lead it.

The Somerset-based provider of cloud-based health care IT solutions and services said on Thursday it has appointed Pate to serve as the divsion’s president, Dr. Iram Fatima to serve as chief operation officer and Seth Loonan as chief revenue officer.

“Telehealth represents an exciting growth opportunity for MTBC,” MTBC CEO Stephen Snyder said. “Shruti and her team are proven leaders whose expertise will help position MTBC’s telehealth division for success as we continue to expand our portfolio.”

Patel joined MTBC in 2015 and formerly served as MTBC’s general counsel and corporate secretary.
