The annual Walk to Washington kickoff breakfast at the DoubleTree by Hilton is on, New Jersey Chamber of Commerce officials said Monday.

The breakfast will run from 9-11 a.m. People taking the trip are encouraged to head over to Newark Penn Station by 10:30.

Chamber officials said non-train riders are encouraged to attend the breakfast.

“It’s just another opportunity for our members to network and get the day off to a good start,” chamber CEO Tom Bracken said.

The hotel is located just across the street, making it a short walk to the station.

The Walk to Washington train will depart Newark at 11:35 a.m.

Here is the schedule for additional stops:

  • New Brunswick: 12:14;
  • Trenton: 12:45;
