Vantage Real Estate Services announced on Friday it has secured law firm Kenney Law to take over the last remaining retail lease at the Columbia Center in Somerdale.
According to the Cherry Hill-based commercial real estate agency, the lease brought the shopping center, located at 700 S. White Horse Pike, to full occupancy.
“It was a pleasure working with the Vantage RES team on leasing my retail space. They employed great communication and professionalism throughout the process,” Mike Sherman, the landlord, said.
Vantage’s Monica Walsh, director of client services, and Aran Ploshansky, director of operations, worked with the landlord, Wenric Properties Inc. in the deal.
“Monica and Vantage RES made the process of leasing my first office space easy and uncomplicated. They respond promptly and no question is left unanswered,” Rollyn Kenney, founder and president of Kenney Law, said.
