Leeward International, a clothing manufacture, has decided to return to its roots.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, the developer, owner and manager of Glenpointe, a corporate destination in North Jersey, announced on Thursday it has negotiated a new lease with Leeward to bring it back to campus in Teaneck.
Formerly at Glenpoint for more than five years, Leeward moved out of the complex into a larger space for its office and warehousing needs. As its needs once again shifted, Leeward decided to move part of its operations back to 300/400/500 Frank W. Burr Blvd.
“As a former tenant of five plus years, we enjoyed our time very much at Glenpointe,” Soo Kim, controller, Leeward International, said. “There are many reasons we decided to return to the complex, including its proximity and easy access to New York City, the campus’ beautiful and clean atmosphere and the friendly and accommodating staff at Glenpointe. Having had such a positive experience working with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises previously, we were confident returning to Glenpointe would be the right move to support our current and future space needs.”
Glenpointe is located within close access to the Garden State Parkway, Palisades Interstate Parkway and routes 4 and 46. It also includes amenities such as a 26,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, a restaurat, cafeteria, wine bar, lounge, covered parking, 24/7 security and more. In addition to office space and amenities, the complex has 700 hotel rooms in the attached Marriot at Glenpointe and the recently-opened Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites at Glenpointe.
