Vantage RES secures expansion for behavioral health facility in Cherry Hill

Vantage Real Estate Services announced on Friday a behavioral health and addiction recovery treatment center has signed a long term lease in Cherry Hill.

The center’s new location, 2250 Chapel Ave., is its first in New Jersey. It will provide patients starting in Spring 2020 with substance use disorder treatment programs that include connections to recovery resources, such as housing, employment and peer support, psychiatric services, therapy and counseling, and medication assistance.

The property is within close access to Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike and routes 70 and 38.

Emily Stein, director of healthcare services, and Monica Walsh, director of client services at Vantage RES, worked with the co-founder and vice president, growth operations and the senior associate, market implementation at the center, to secure the lease.

“The Vantage team, Emily and Monica specifically, have been fantastic partners to us in our real estate search. They have invested time to understand our needs, both the tangible and intangible characteristics we are looking for in our spaces. As we have worked together, they have prepared us well at every step, and have been responsive and thoughtful to collaborate with” said the company’s co-founder.

“The centralized location of 2250 Chapel Ave., along with a beautiful newly renovated, modern office space, makes for the perfect home for the facility’s first foray into New Jersey,” Stein said. “They will be providing necessary and important work for individuals with substance abuse disorders in our community.”
