A Roseland-based financial management firm has been acquired by the national advisory firm Mariner Wealth Advisors, the Kansas-based firm announced Tuesday.

The leaders of Wealth Health LLC, Rich Coppa and Darin Gartland, will join Mariner and manage what will now be its Roseland location, according to a news release.

“Joining Mariner Wealth Advisors is an incredible growth opportunity,” Coppa said in a prepared statement. “As our portfolio of relationships continues to expand, it makes sense to join forces with an established firm that offers reputable capabilities and services.”

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Wealth Health, established in 2003, manages approximately $400 million in assets. The firm will become Mariner’s fourth New Jersey office.

“We are excited about gaining professionals that pride themselves on serving as a single source of contact for all of their clients’ complex personal financial needs,” Mariner CEO and President Marty Bicknell said in a statement.
