A parcel of land in Mullica Hill has been sold to a developer planning medical office space, according to real estate firm WCRE.
WCRE exclusively represented Richwood Plaza LLC in the sale of 37,000 square feet of land and improvements — a 0.85 acre parcel — at 830 Lambs Road to Mullica Holdings LLC.
The firm said Mullica Holdings acquired the parcel in order to develop medical office space aimed at professionals working at Inspira Health’s new hospital about a mile away.
WCRE’s Ryan Barikian, senior associate, and Mike Scanzano, associate, exclusively represented the seller, which had purchased the property in anticipation of hospital-related growth.
