NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm based in Teterboro, announced on Wednesday that senior broker Thomas A. Vetter was named president of the New Jersey Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
SIOR NJ, which was established in 1971, is a professional commercial and industrial real estate association. The New Jersey chapter has 75 brokerage specialists throughout the state, 10 of which are NAI Hanson brokers.
“I would like to thank SIOR NJ for this tremendous honor and for providing me with the opportunity to lead one of the state’s most prestigious real estate organizations,” Vetter said. “In this new role, I hope to build upon the hard work of SIOR NJ’s previous leadership teams to continue to expand the profile of the New Jersey chapter within our industry. I look forward to growing SIOR NJ’s event and programming efforts to increase our organization’s visibility and exposure while continuing our contributions to the local community.”
Vetter has been a member of SIOR NJ since 2013 and has played a vital role in expanding the chapter’s profile through its relationship with The Rutgers Center for Real Estate.
