CBRE represents Morris County Chamber in Florham Park lease renewal

Real estate investment firm CBRE announced on Friday the Morris County Chamber of Commerce has renewed its office lease in Florham Park.

CBRE, which arranged the deal, said MCCC will occupy 4,420 square feet of space at 325 Columbia Turnpike, owned by Mack-Cali Realty Corp. The three-story property is a Class A office building in the heart of Morris County’s Fortune 500 corridor.

Thomas Mallaney, first vice president at CBRE and a member of the MCCC, represented the association in the deal. The lease renewal is for 10 years.

“We were once again appointed by MCCC as their exclusive representative and immediately began an extensive tour of the market and conducted a targeted analysis,” Mallaney said. “After reviewing several options, the association decided to renew at its current location.”

“The MCCC was pleased to work with Tom and were highly satisfied with his advising on potential lease options in this market,” Meghan Hunscher, CEO and president, MCCC, said. “Tom provided us with an array of options at various price points in different locations as we considered our move. His expertise was apparent as he provided an overview of both the market and the process. We were highly satisfied with his negotiating on the Chamber’s behalf with the landlord when we did decide to retain the current space that resulted in the best financial outcome for the organization. We look forward to calling 325 Columbia Turnpike our corporate ‘home’ for years to come.”
