Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC announced on Monday that InRealtyOU has joined its global network and will operate as Ukraine Sotheby’s International Realty.
The addition marks the Madison-based brand’s first affiliated office in the Ukraine.
The Kyiv-headquartered office will be owned and operated by Zans Launags and will serve the luxury residential real estate market in Kyiv, Odessa and Lviv.

The Sotheby’s network currently has more than 23,000 affiliated sales associates located in 1,000 offices throughout 70 countries.
