Vantage’s Ken Richardson, senior advisor, worked with David Jacowitz, owner of EFG, and Brian Weyman, partner, to secure the 3,000-square-foot lease at The Barclay Chase development, a residential community located at 500 Barclay Blvd.
“We feel Barclay is an extreme value given the overall look at the current market,” Richardson said.
The property, which is managed by Urban Renewal LLC, is within close access to Route 70, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 80. It has more than 275 luxury apartments within a resort-style setting with first-floor retail.
