The center, which provides individual treatment for substance abuse, will lease 4,435 square feet at 401 South Kings Highway, Building 1.
The property is located in the Tara Professional Office Park and is located right off Route 70 within close access to Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 73.
Chris Henderson, vice president and principal at WCRE, represented both parties in the deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.
