Peter Bronsnick has been named president, New Jersey region; and Andrew Natale has been named chief operating officer; both effective immediately.
“The success of SJP has always been tied to the strength of our people. Every member of our team executes at the highest level with unmatched precision and attention to detail, and Peter and Andrew have been instrumental in reinforcing this brand of excellence,” Steve Pozycki, founder, chairman and CEO of SJP Properties, said. “We view mentorship as a key responsibility for every member of SJP’s executive team. I am extremely proud to elevate two well-deserving professionals who reflect our commitment to promoting from within our organization in order to establish the next generation of our company’s leadership.”
“As we look toward the future, Peter and Andrew will ensure that our current and future professionals are trained on our core values and results-driven approach,” he said.
Bronsnick, who has 18 years of commercial real estate experience, joined SJP in 2012 and most recently served as an executive vice president. In his new role, he will oversee business development, marketing, leasing and external affairs.
“The SJP organization is the most talented team that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with in my career. I’m excited to harness the power of the company’s exceptional brand, our first-rate professionals and our unique core competency to both pursue new avenues of growth and perpetuate the company’s proud legacy of excellence,” Bronsnick said.
Natale has been with SJP since 2014 and most recently served as a senior vice president. As COO, he will manage the company’s construction operating performance, property management, recruiting and human resources.
“As we’ve continued to expand our own property portfolio, we’ve been able to significantly grow SJP Project Solutions by filling a void in the market for expert third-party development, construction and property management services. I look forward to continuing to grow our third-party business, while bolstering our organization’s operational efficiency,” Natale said.
