NAI Hanson handles trio of leases in South Hackensack

NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated three leases at a South Hackensack property, the real estate services firm announced Tuesday.

The team of Andrew Somple, Scott Perkins, Justin Allesio and Christopher Todd represented AEW Capital Management L.P., the Boston-based owner of 30 Wesley St.

The three leases, totaling 86,774 square feet, include:

  • A new agreement with freight shipping truck company P&S Food Service;
  • A renewal with label and packaging firm NJ Label, a longtime tenant; and
  • A temporary lease with Walmart to handle holiday overflow needs.

The property at 30 Wesley St. is a 246,000-square-foot industrial building just a block from Interstate 80. It has 58,000 square feet of available space remaining.

“These three separate transactions showcase NAI Hanson’s unmatched ability to close industrial deals, no matter the timeline or unique circumstances,” Somple said in a prepared statement. “This is why so many institutional owners like AEW trust our team to represent their buildings in one of the nation’s ost competitive industrial markets.”
