NAI Hanson negotiates sale of mixed-use property in Hawthorne

NAI James E. Hanson, a Teterboro-based commercial real estate firm, announced on Thursday it has negotiated the sale of a mixed use building in Hawthorne.

NAI Hanson’s Andrew Somple and Justin Allessio represented the seller, the Van Beuzekom family, in the deal.

The 10,761-square-foot property located at 297-301 Lafayette Ave. will serve as the new headquarters and fourth location for the buyer, Lighthouse Pregnancy Resource Center. LPRC is a nonprofit organization operating in Hackensack, Wayne and Paterson.

“For a broker, it is always rewarding when we are able to negotiate a deal that not just benefits our client but also provides a home for a valuable community contributor to ensure their continued growth,” Somple said. “By leveraging our experience in this market, our team was once again able to accomplish this feat and ensure that Lighthouse has a well-located, adaptable headquarters suiting their needs in the heart of one of northern New Jersey’s up and coming communities.”
