Vantage Real Estate Services announced on Friday the sale of a retail facility in Magnolia.
The Cherry Hill-based brokerage said it represented East Coast Enterprises LLC in the sale of its legacy retail facility. The buyer was Makellos Cabinetry, a veteran-owned business providing kitchen cabinet products for renovation projects and new construction.
Monica Walsh, director of client services at Vantage RES, and Aran Ploshansky, director of operations, worked with Bruce Goldstein, vice president at East Coast, to facilitate the transaction.
“We were glad to facilitate this successful transaction for all partners involved,” Walsh said. “Makellos Cabinetry will be an excellent addition to the neighborhood, and we will still have East Coast Enterprises LLC nearby in Voorhees — it’s a win-win for our community in South Jersey.”
The sale comes as a result of the company’s recent relocation to a shopping center in Voorhees.
The 3,150-square-foot property is located on the White Horse Pike, at the intersection of South White Horse Pike and Evesham Road, and within close access to Interstate 295.
“I can’t thank Monica Walsh and Aran Ploshansky of Vantage Real Estate Services enough for all of their help and guidance in the recent sale of our commercial building,” Goldstein said. “They were professional, attentive and responsive in all aspects of the transaction. They have my highest recommendation and assurance that we would utilize their services in the future.”
