NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm based in Teterboro, announced on Wednesday it has completed the sale of an industrial/flex building Elmwood Park.
The 16,000-square-foot building is located at 55-57 Bushes Lane.
NAI Hanson’s Josh Levering and Nick DePaolera represented the seller, RN Foster Associates LLC. Mission Realty represented the buyer, Bushes Lane Realty Corp.
