EisnerAmper LLP, an advisory and accounting firm, announced on Tuesday it has named Michael Sandnes as director in its Financial Advisory Services Group.
Sandnes, who has more than 15 years of experience in the health care industry, has served as the chief operating officer for five acute care hospitals as well as a court-appointed chief revenue officer for a regional hospital. He will be based at EisnerAmper’s Philadelphia office.
“Unfortunately, due to the current public health crisis, we’re most certainly going to see a huge spike in business restructurings,” Allen Wilen, national director of EisnerAmper’s Financial Advisory Services Group, said. “Add to that the ever-changing landscape for health care facilities, and Michael couldn’t have joined us at a more pivotal time. He will be an invaluable asset to our FAS clients.”
