A spiritual healing center has signed a lease in Fair Lawn, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.
Jyoti Sadhana Center signed a lease for 1,273 square feet of medical office space at 23-00 Route 208, a 28,000-square-foot property. The center is relocating from Saddle Brook.
NAI Hanson’s Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack represented building owner Stonegate Realty in the transaction.
“Medical office tenants of all sizes and specialties are increasingly recognizing the value of locations that not only improve the patient experience, but ones that have a high visibility and accessibility to current and prospective clients alike,” Horning said in a prepared statement. “23-00 Route 208’s favorable location, strong area demographics and diverse tenant mix are all attributes we were able to effectively market in order to help secure a quality tenant on behalf of our client.”
