NAI Mertz, a commercial real estate firm based in Mount Laurel, announced on Tuesday it has represented South Jersey Glass and Door in the $1.275 million sale of an industrial/flex property in Vineland.

Johnson, along with Jonathan Klear, senior vice president, represented South Jersey Glass and Door in the sale of 2732 S. West Blvd., a 22,920-square-foot property located within close access to routes 55 and 40. It features 14 private offices, an outdoor fenced in storage area, 10 drive-ins and a showroom/contractor pickup area.
