Markeim Chalmers Inc., a Cherry Hill-based commercial real estate firm, announced on Monday it has closed the $750,000 sale of an office property in Haddonfield.
Markeim’s Kevin Burns, senior vice president, represented the seller, Hutchinson Engineering LLC, in the sale of the 6,400-square-foot multitenant investment property at 116 North Haddon Ave. The buyer, Haddon Equities LLC, is a local investor based in Marlton.
The site has a mix of office and retail spaces, roughly 30 onsite parking spaces and is within close access to Interstate 295, the White Horse Pike and area bridges to Philadelphia.
