JLL will provide a full range of marketing and leasing services for the Class A, 630,000-square-foot building and will work with Dobco to help reposition it as a mulitenant, mixed-use development project with flex and retail spaces.
JLL’s Frank D. Recine, executive managing director; Christopher DeLorenzo, executive vice president; and Brendan McBride, senior vice president will oversee the assignment. JLL and Dobco have also partnered with Silbert Realty & Management Co. Inc.‘s Brian S. Silbert, CEO and president; and David Greenman, senior vice president retail services group; to assist marketing and leasing the retail portion.
“The complex at One Geoffrey Way is a world-class facility with a great story,” Recine said. “We have been engaged to breathe life back into what was once an iconic and bustling office complex in northern New Jersey. The property features architecturally distinctive buildings in an attractive suburban setting. When Dobco’s vision for the complex is fully realized, this complex will provide the community with a highly-amenitized and modern experience.”
The complex is comprised of three buildings, two of which are interconnected Class A office buildings totaling 575,000 square feet and one single story flex building totaling 55,000 square feet. The five-story main building totals 415,000 square feet and the six-story terrace building is 160,000 square feet.
