NAI James E. Hanson, a commercial real estate firm based in Teterboro, announced on Tuesday it has negotiated a office lease renewal in Livingston.
NAI Hanson’s Josh Levering represented the tenant, The Durkin Firm, in its 1,800-square-foot lease at 354 Eisenhower Parkway from Eastman Management.
The two-story, 157,500-square-foot property at 354 Eisenhower Parkway features a full-service cafe, a fitness center, open lounge, indoor and outdoor gaming spaces, solar panels, and conference and training rooms.
