We asked him how company leaders have responded to the challenges brought on by COVID-19.
COVID-19 has brought on many challenges for workers, companies and society as a whole. In a recent survey, we asked workers about their satisfaction toward their company leaders. 95% said they were satisfied and, of those, 64% responded they were ‘very satisfied.’ That tells us that, despite immense challenges, company leaders are adapting and putting the people first. 78% of workers responded that their managers have been ‘very supportive’ during this time. That can mean a number of different things. Workers might feel they are supported from a business standpoint; for example, having the right technology to do their jobs remotely. It could also mean that they feel they have an avenue to express concerns and emotions during a difficult time. Either way, the data proves that leadership has stepped up during unfortunate and difficult circumstances.”
