Provident Bank Foundation names Plotino its executive director

The Provident Bank Foundation announced on Tuesday it has named Samantha Plotino as executive director.

In this role, Plotino will be responsible for the Morristown-based foundation’s grant program, which gives out more than $1 million annually to communities across the state and Pennsyvania.

“Samantha has played an integral part in the foundation’s success and we are confident that she will continue to do so as she takes the helm as executive director,” Chris Martin, CEO, Provident Bank, said. “Her leadership across the organization will no doubt be supportive and very beneficial to our grant recipients as well as the Foundation team.”

Plotino previously served as the foundation’s associate executive director  since 2017. She is is taking over the role from Jane Kurek, who retired earlier this year. Prior to the foundation, she was the mission base manager for WYCA Northern New Jersey. She also worked at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
