Cooper University Health Care announced on Wednesday the opening of a new specialty care center in Cherry Hill.
“Cooper has a long history of providing the highest level of health care services for the South Jersey community,” George E. Norcross III, chairman of the board of trustees of Cooper University Health Care, said. “This tremendous new facility is designed to provide patients with the utmost comfort and convenience for a first class health care experience.”
The 100,000-square-foot Cooper Specialty Care Center at Cherry Hill, located at 2239 W. Route 70, will offer services including cardiology, endocrinology, nephrology, neurology and neurosurgery, orthopedics, physical therapy, physical medicine and rehabilitation, podiatry, pulmonary medicine and rheumatology services.
“This new, state-of-the-art building incorporates all of the latest medical technology while simultaneously offering convenient amenities to enhance the overall health care experience for our patients,” Kevin O’Dowd, CEO and co-president of Cooper, said.
It will have more than 100 exam and procedure rooms for patients and a range of outpatient services. Amenities include both in-person and telemedicine visits, express patient check ins, a full service cafe and early morning and evening appointment times.
