Brewing company to house ‘White Claw’ distribution center at industrial campus in Phillipsburg

Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. has signed space at an industrial campus in Phillipsburg to store and distribute White Claw beverages, Bridge Development Partners announced on Thursday.

The Chicago-based beverage company signed a seven-year lease for 419,460 square feet at Bridge Point 78, a six-warehouse, 3.85 million-square-foot industrial campus. It is expected to employ 100 workers once the site is fully operational.

Mark Anthony Brewing was represented by Dan Wilkins of Cushman & Wakefield Chicago and Bridge was represented by CBRE.

This is the second major tenant to sign at Bridge Point 78, joining fashion retailer Uniqlo, which leased a 975,761 distribution center at the campus in 2019.

“We’re excited to welcome one of the country’s most diversified and successful beverage companies to Bridge Point 78, which will create up to 100 jobs for residents of Warren County and the surrounding area,” Jeff Milanaik, partner, Bridge Development, said. “This agreement helps further establish this area as an emerging hub for distribution and fulfillment services, and we look forward to bringing additional tenants aboard that can fuel continued economic growth across New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley.”

Bridge Point 78 is within easy access to Interstate 78 and Route 22 as well as direct access to the Port of Newark. The second phase of construction will begin this summer and encompass 1.65 million square feet across two buildings.
