Accounting and advisory firm EisnerAmper LLP has bolstered its consulting practice with the addition of Compensation Resources Inc., an Upper Saddle River-based compensation consulting firm.
CRI’s leadership and staff have joined EisnerAmper, which is based in New York but has a major presence in New Jersey.
“As companies continue to face complex organizational changes and human capital challenges, combining with CRI represents a strategic move that bolsters EisnerAmper’s Consulting Group and provides yet another value-added service that clients eagerly seek,” EisnerAmper Vice Chair of Services Christopher Loiacono said in a prepared statement.
CRI specializes in providing consulting services on executive compensation, base pay compensation, performance management and more, serving private, public and nonprofit clients nationwide.
“CRI has a well-earned reputation for providing sound business advice to its clients with creativity, resourcefulness and professional accountability,” Mary A.
