Unity Bancorp announces Cossetti as its new CFO

Unity Bancorp Inc., the parent company of Unity Bank, announced on Tuesday that Anthony L. Cossetti will be joining the company as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective June 8.

The Clinton-based financial services organization said Cossetti, who has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, most recently served as senior vice president and corporate treasurer at Beneficial Bancorp. He is well versed in accounting and reporting, budgeting, liquidity and capital management, strategic planning and interest rate risk management.

Cossetti currently serves as a financial committee member for the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners. He is also an advisory board member for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh.
