A strip mall in East Hanover was recently purchased by Roy Pascal, a real estate investor, from Charm House.
Sheldon Gross Realty brokered the deal for the 26,950-square-foot, four-unit retail center located at 389 Route 10. Sheldon’s Eric Weston, vice president, headed the assignment.
“Because our company has managed this property for years, I know what an excellent opportunity it represents for the new owner,” Weston explains. “The entire Route 10 corridor through East Hanover is a tremendously vibrant retail and entertainment location. For tenants, there’s never a shortage of potential shoppers.”
The strip is located within quick access to routes 80, 46, 287 and 280, as well as the Garden State Parkway.
