“We are pleased to have such a talented team of lawyers join us,” Ernie Choquette, chairman, CEO and president of Stevens & Lee, said.

Giampiccolo will concentrate his practice in commercial litigation and lending for the automotive industry. He will also represents clinical research organizations and life science firms in litigation and general matters as well as help foreign companies and individuals establish and maintain a presence in the United States. “Sal, Nicole and the team are very highly regarded in their space and bring a great deal of experience to our firm. We look forward to assisting them in continuing to provide excellent service to their clients,” Choquette said.

Visconi will target complex commercial litigation at the state and federal levels. Previously, he was a law clerk to the Hon. Arnold B. Goldman in Ocean County. “Opening an office in northern New Jersey has been part of our strategic plan, and we’re also looking forward to the opportunity to serve a wide range of clients within this market,” Choquette said.

The firm said it has a Princeton and New York City office, in addition to Pennsylvania and elsewhere, and opened a temporary space in Paramus due to the state’s stay-at-home orders.
