Giampiccolo will concentrate his practice in commercial litigation and lending for the automotive industry. He will also represents clinical research organizations and life science firms in litigation and general matters as well as help foreign companies and individuals establish and maintain a presence in the United States. Visconi will target complex commercial litigation at the state and federal levels. Previously, he was a law clerk to the Hon. Arnold B. Goldman in Ocean County. Eliades is a commercial litigator and will represent clients in business disputes, class actions, general liability, product liability and mass tort. Before this, he was a law clerk to the Hon. “Opening an office in northern New Jersey has been part of our strategic plan, and we’re also looking forward to the opportunity to serve a wide range of clients within this market,” Choquette said.
The firm said it has a Princeton and New York City office, in addition to Pennsylvania and elsewhere, and opened a temporary space in Paramus due to the state’s stay-at-home orders.
