WingStop Restaurant, an aviation-themed restaurant specializing in chicken wings, has leased a built-to-suite lease in Pennsauken from Urgent Care RE LLC, according to Cherry Hill-based Vantage Real Estate Services.
The pad site, located at 6602-6630 Crescent Blvd., will provide WingStop visibility along three major roads: Black Horse Pike and routes 76 and 676.
Vantage’s Emily Stein, director of healthcare services, and Corinne Giletto, senior advisor, worked with Urgen Care RE’s Srikanth Sankar, partner, and David Dunkelman, broker for WingStop, to secure the lease.
“During the recent downward shift in the marketplace due to COVID-19, it is even more important for everyone involved in commercial real estate to have a strong understanding of the economy. Our relationships with landlords, including Urgent Care RE, LLC, become even more critical as we service our clients, especially during challenging times”, Giletto said.
Urgent Care RE owns and manages offices buildings in and around South Jersey.
“This is a great example of a strong partnership with our broker Vantage RES: to sign a long-term lease with Wingstop Franchise at our location in Pennsauken,” Sankar stated. “Given the uncertain times in commercial real estate, this is a good sign that deals can be executed via a collaborative effort between landlord and potential tenant.”
