A clothing company has signed a lease for an industrial building in Hackensack, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.
Advance Apparels, a global supplier of women’s garments made in India, signed the lease for 22,526 square feet at 105-111 S. State St. The company currently has a facility in South Hackensack.
NAI Hanson’s Patrick Lennon and Kenneth Lundberg, with NAI Mertz’s Fred Meyer, represented the landlord, Turabdin, in the transaction. The trio had previously represented the former owner of the property in its sale to Turabdin.
Stevie Muller of Equity 3 represented the tenant in this deal.
“Through developing a strong understanding of our clients’ properties and local markets, we have been able to not only build strong relationships with many of them over several deals, but it also allows us to have a comprehensive understanding of their needs,” Lennon said in a prepared statement. “Our latest deal with Turabdin speaks to how we leverage this deep understanding of our clients to successfully close transactions on their behalf in competitive markets like Hackensack.”
