The Kislak Co. Inc. has arranged the $2.5 million sale of an apartment complex in Blackwood, it announced Thursday.
Foxcroft Apartments, a garden-style complex with 40 one-bedroom units, is located at 440 N. Black Horse Pike, Kislak said in a news release.
Kislak’s Matt Weilheimer and Joseph Keenan, both senior vice presidents, represented the seller in the transaction, with assistance from Robert Squires, another SVP, in procuring the purchaser.
“This property … was a value-add opportunity, and the transaction involved a seller and purchaser who are longtime Kislak clients and who, over the course of the transaction, witnessed dramatic pricing increases in southern New Jersey,” Weilheimer said in a prepared statement.
Neither party was disclosed.
