Berkshire Hathaway continues Central Jersey expansion with affiliated merger

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach REALTORS announced on Monday it has added more than 40 sales workers from a local affiliate to its roster in Rumson.

The announcement, the brokerage said, solidifies its leadership position in New Jersey and the greater Delaware Valley region.

“Having one Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices affiliated brokerage represent the Rumson market was a strategic decision to enhance and streamline the client’s experience with the brand,” Larry Flick V, CEO of BHH Fox & Roach REALTORS, said. “As we continue to grow in central New Jersey and beyond, the Fox & Roach, REALTORS name will remain synonymous with integrity, trust and success.”

The company also announced in February a merger with Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate. The deal added more than 700 sales professionals and 20 offices in New Jersey, including its first offices in Ocean and Monmouth counties, and Pennsylvania. The move also doubled its footprint in Mercer County.

“With the full support of the Fox & Roach, REALTORS network behind them, our new sales professionals will benefit from world class technology, sophisticated marketing solutions, access to integrated homeownership services and a deep network of relationships,” said Joan Docktor, president of BHH Fox & Roach, REALTORS.
