NAI Mertz announced on Monday it has leased an industrial space in Mount Laurel to a local food packaging company.
The commercial real estate firm based said its leasing team of Scott Mertz, president, and Jonathan Klear, senior vice president, headed the 26,740-square-foot assignment at 103 Central Ave.
The space, NAI Mertz said, was one the last units at the 112,000-square-foot warehouse building. There are only two units still available to lease.
“This local food packaging company entered in a long-term lease for this space during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic,” Mertz said. “The completion of this deal is further evidence that active tenants and landlords are still able to successfully negotiate leases during these uncertain times.”
Located just off Exit 36 of Interstate 295, the property is within close access to routes 38 and 73, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Port of Philadelphia.
“This is a quality building in an extremely convenient location near several major highways offering easy access to Philadelphia and central and northern New Jersey,” Klear said. “We are pleased to have worked along with all parties involved to help make this an easy transaction during these difficult times we are facing in the northeast.”
The building has amenities including a 17-foot ceilings, a wet sprinkler system and a fenced lot.
