A law firm has signed a long-term lease to expand in Cherry Hill, according to real estate firm Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The Law Office of Michele Contreras LLC signed for 1,700 square feet at 1040 N. Kings Highway, according to Rose. The firm’s Brett Davidoff, vice president, represented the tenant in the transaction with management company Needleman Management, with which Rose said it has a longstanding relationship.
The larger space enables the expanding firm to undertake further growth, Rose said.
