Transwestern Real Estate Services announced on Tuesday that Lexus of Bridgewater has renewed its lease at an industrial warehouse and flex manufacturing property in Bridgewater.
The 62,400-square-foot space at 1EB and 1EA Chimney Rock Road is part of Middlebrook Crossroads, a 18-building multitenant industrial complex.
Transwestern’s industrial leasing team of Jeffrey Furey and Lori Zuck, managing directors; and Matt McHale, associate; represented the landlord, Terreno Realty Corp., in the deal.
“New Jersey remains an industrial hotspot, and we’re seeing continued interest from users for well-located and maintained properties,” Furey said. “Middlebrook Crossroads, one of the first planned industrial parks in the country, is a prime example showing the tremendous strength of a versatile property with access to highways and nearby amenities.”
Middlebrook Crossroads is currently 89% occupied and features upgraded roofing, signage and landscaping. It is located between routes 22 and 28 and is within close access to Interstate 287.
