NAI Hanson’s Cassano negotiates four leases

NAI James E. Hanson has negotiated four Bergen County real estate deals recently, totaling 6,750 square feet worth of leases, it announced.

Anthony Cassano handled the deals in the first quarter of 2020, representing both tenants and landlords, which included:

  • Novus Window System Inc., 238 High St., Hackensack, 2,500 square feet of flex space;
  • Maximum Graphics, 109 Portland Ave., Bergenfield, 2,500 square feet of flex space;
  • Northern Valley Sinus and Allergy, 136 N. Washington Ave., Bergenfield, 950 square feet of medical office space; and
  • Whitney Street Corp., 190 Moore St., Hackensack, 800 square feet of office space.

“Throughout my career, I have found that gaining a deep understanding of each side of the deal is critical to a successful closing,” Cassano said in a prepared statement.
