NAI James E. Hanson, a Teterboro-based real estate firm, announced on Thursday it has negotiated a series of leases to bring 1 Mill Ridge Lane in Chester to full capacity.
The leases include:
- 1,196 square feet for Samson Management Services LLC;
- 1,176 square feet for Vera Capital Management LLC;
- 818 square feet for Bethel Way Guardians LLC;
- 637 square feet for International Brain Research Foundation LLC.
NAI Hanson’s Joe Vindigni represented the tenant and the landlord, MGHC Group, in all the deals except the Bethel Way transaction, which was only landlord representation.
The property is a two-story, 16,000-square-foot renovated office building with common areas and landscaping. It is located at the corner of Route 24 and is within close access to routes 46, 202 and 206, and Interstates 78, 80 and 287.
