Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced on Friday it has been named the exclusive agent to market for sale and lease an elementary school in Lumberton.
The Florence L. Walther Elementary School, located at 56 Chestnut St., will add to WCRE’s growing number of assignments in the educational and institutional properties space.
The school has two buildings totaling 55,806 square feet and is situated on 4.07 acres. It is located within close access to Interstate 295 and Route 38.
“We had a need for commercial real estate professional services and put out a request for qualifications. WCRE’s response exhibited extensive experience working with schools, coupled with their breadth of knowledge of the local real estate market, made them the obvious choice,” Mark Leung, school business administrator and board secretary for Lumberton School District, said.
The school, WCRE said, has planned to close at the end of this month. The school has a campus-like atmosphere with its 53,406-square-foot main building and its 2,400-square-foot extended daycare building.
“WCRE is proud to partner with Lumberton Township Board of Education as our latest institutional relationship in Southern New Jersey. We look forward to applying our WCRE 360 marketing approach to find a new user for this highly-desirable property,” WCRE’s institutional specialists team of Chris Henderson and Phil Costa said.
