Effectual, a Hoboken-based security first managed and professional services company, announced on Wednesday it has acquired Five Talent, a technology consultancy and custom software developer based in Bend, Oregon.

Five Talent, which works with its customers to design and develop applications, has extensive experience in DevOps automation, SaaS enablement and refactoring workloads.

The deal will combine Effectual’s engineers with Five Talent’s team, resulting in more than 150 AWS certifications for the company.
