Benjamin Ross Group, a mergers and acquisitions/business brokerage firm with an office in Princeton, announced on Wednesday it has sold Pennsauken-based Acro Display Inc. to a private investor.
Founded in 1982, Acro is a privately held corporation that specializes in manufacturing custom displays, such as store fixtures, casino fixtures, storage/shelving, office furniture and more.
Benjamin Ross Group said it secured U.S. Small Business Administration financing for the deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.
