Prager Metis, a global accounting and advisory firm with offices in Basking Ridge, Cranbury and Hackensack, announced it has combined with William J. Keephart CPA P.A., a Lawrenceville-based accounting firm.
Under the deal, William J. Keephart’s team will continue to operate virtually and will eventually become part of Prager Metis’ Cranbury office.
