Breaking Games LLC, a game publisher and manufacturer, has subleased a 102,839-square-foot space in Mount Olive, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
C&W’s Stephen Sander represented the sublandlord, Bosal USA, in the deal at 200 International Drive.
“Bosal USA was relocating and Breaking Games was in need of warehouse space to meet demand for their growing business,” Sander said. “The transaction allowed us to achieve our client’s goals in terms of timing and economics, making it a win-win for both companies.”
The property features 24-foot ceilings, nine loading docks, 6,000 square feet of office space, and trailer and car parking. It is located directly off Route 80 and within close access to routes 206 and 46.
