Nestlé Health Science, a global provider of nutritional science with its U.S. headquarters in Bridgewater, announced Wednesday it will acquire a majority stake in Vital Proteins, a collagen-based wellness brand.
Under the deal, Vital Proteins will continue to operate as a standalone company and become part of NHSc’s portfolio.

Seidensticker will remain as the CEO of Vitals at its headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. Financial terms fo the deal will not be disclosed.
